Section 25250.13
25250.13. Requirements for short term transfers. Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter, a transfer facility, as defined in paragraph (3) of subdivision (a) of Section 25123.3, that accepts used oil and holds the oil for more than 24 hours, but is not otherwise a storage facility, as defined in subdivision (b) of Section 25123.3, shall comply with the requirements for used oil transfer facilities that are specified in Subpart E (commencing with Section 279.40) of Part 279 of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
