The property consists of: 20,933 grams of cannabis flower and 533 units of various cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on October 1, 2026, at 8:30 p.m. from Jacques Essahnjanga, DBA: 11 Flowers, located at 1512 W Manchester Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90047-5424.
