The property consists of 38 packs of unstamped, non-MSA cigarettes, 7 packs of unstamped, non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes, 19 packs of unstamped cigarettes, and 8 packs of unstamped, flavor ban cigarettes products. This property was seized pursuant to BPC 22974.2(a)(1), 22974, 22974.3(a)(3) and Revenue and Taxation Code 30436 on September 1, 2026, at 12:16 p.m. from Mohamad E. Saphieh, DBA: 24/7 Never Close Smoke Shop located at 1600 Flower St., Bakersfield, CA 93305.
