The property consists of: 9 packs of cigarettes, non-MSA; 9 packs untaxed, flavor ban cigarettes; 5,870 units untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products; 11,834 units untaxed, flavor ban nicotine vape; 1,809 units flavor ban flavor enhancers; 12 units THC vapes devices, various brands, unlicensed cannabis business; 80 units cannabis edibles, various brands, unlicensed cannabis business; 157 units other cannabis products, various brands, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 34016 and 30436, on July 20, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. from Rita Kirk, Inc, DBA: 2Bros, located at 16900 Sherman Way #4, Van Nuys, CA 91406-3624.
