The property consists of 100 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products; 117 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 656 units of various nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 33 units of various flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers; and 9 units of various THC vape, unlicensed cannabis business; 5 units of various THC edibles, unlicensed cannabis business; and 95 units of various commercial packaging, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant of Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation section 34016 on October 31, 2025, at 11:31 a.m. from Chaitanya P. Shah, DBA: 417 Smoke Shop, located at 32019 Meadow Ridge Rd. Ste. 1, Coarsegold, CA 93614-9559.
