The property consists of 150 sticks of Newport brand cigarettes (7 packs & 10 loose sticks), unstamped / out-of-state Virginia stamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 49 units of various other tobacco and nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products; 476 units of various flavored other tobacco and nicotine vape products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; and 37 units of tobacco enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.2 and 22974.3 on August 19, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. from Nasma Gift & More DBA: 420 Nesma, located at 2502 Telegraph Ave., Oakland, CA 94612-1712.
