The property consists of two packs of Newport brand cigarettes, unstamped flavor ban cigarettes; 71 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products; and four units of various nicotine vape products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on June 17, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. from 555 Grocery Store Inc, DBA: 555 Grocery Store located at 3651 Martin Luther King Jr. Way, Oakland, CA 94609-2333.
