The property consists of 149 packs (2,980 sticks) of unstamped, out of state cigarettes; 113 units of untaxed various flavor ban nicotine vape products; 801 units of untaxed flavor ban other tobacco products; 1,251 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers; 5,242 grams of cannabis flower; and 2,142 units of THC other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business, and 1,799 units of commercial packaging. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code 36014 on September 22, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. from Sulaiman H. Ahmed DBA: 5 Star Smoke Shop & Gifts, located at 15640 E 14th St. #B, San Leandro, CA 94578-1950.
