The property consists of 76 units of various THC vape, unlicensed cannabis business; and one unit of commercial packaging, box, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant of Revenue and Taxation Code 34016 on November 21, 2025, at 5:15 p.m. from Qasem S. Mohammed, DBA: 7 Star Smoke Shop, located at 453 N. Fresno St., Fresno, CA 93701-2311.
