TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC: 42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of eight packs of Seneca brand cigarettes, Missouri stamps and untaxed flavor ban cigarettes; 20 packs of Newport brand cigarettes, unstamped and flavor ban cigarettes; six packs of Camel brand cigarettes, unstamped and flavor ban cigarettes; 188 units of various tobacco products, untaxed and flavor ban tobacco products; 174 units of various nicotine vape products, untaxed and flavor ban tobacco products; 90 units of various tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products; and 499 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, on November 21, 2025, at 5:15 p.m. from Qasem S. Mohammed DBA: 7 Star Smoke Shop, located at 453 N. Fresno St., Fresno, CA 93701-2311.
