The property consists of 101 units of various other tobacco products, 24 units of various nicotine vape products, flavor ban tobacco products, 118 units of various flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers, and 10 units of various cannabis vape products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to the Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on November 5, 2025, at 10:15 a.m. from Nooh A. Hasan DBA: 7 Star Smoke Shop, located at 425 5th St., Gustine, CA 95322.
