The property consists of 84 packs of Newport brand, unstamped, out-of-state stamped, Georgia stamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 162 units of other tobacco products, various brands, flavor ban tobacco products; four units of King Palm brand, flavor ban flavor enhancers; and 98 units of commercial packaging, small bags, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on February 24, 2026, at 8:52 a.m., from Yaqub Corp, DBA 98th Gas, located at 1141 98th Avenue, Oakland, California 94603-2402.
