The property consists of 41 units of various brands other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products, 149 units of various brands cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business, and 508 units of commercial packaging bags, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code 22974.3 on October 14, 2024, at 1:19 p.m. from Aman Awalom DBA Al Sahara Smoke Shop located at 4 Enterprise Dr., Rohnert Park, CA 94928-2412.
