The property consists of 8.5 grams of cannabis flower; 6 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 4,032 units of commercial packaging bags, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 34016, on September 11, 2024, at 1:50 p.m. from Abdulla Abdo Alnajar, DBA: Bay Smoke Shop located at 2005 Macdonald Ave., Richmond, CA 94801-3309.
