The property consists of 504 units of various brands untaxed nicotine vape products; 48 units of various brands cannabis vape products; unlicensed cannabis business; 50 units of various brands cannabis edible gummies; unlicensed cannabis business; and 35 units of commercial packaging bags, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code 22974.3 on September 12, 2024, at 3:09 p.m. from Black Diamond Smokeshop LLC DBA: Black Diamond Smokeshop, located at 2521 S King Rd., San Jose, CA 95122-1825.
