The property consists of 358 grams cannabis flower and 192 units cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business; 382 units cannabis universal symbol violation; and 297 units untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code section 22974.3, on June 6, 2024, at 2:40 p.m. from Christopher Ryan Herlihy, DBA: Budhound Brand LLC, located at 1102 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90037.
