The property consists 10 packs of Newport brand cigarettes, unstamped, out of state stamped (Michigan), flavor ban cigarettes; 2,090 units of other tobacco products, various brands, various types, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 577 units of flavor enhancer products, various brands, various types, flavor ban flavor enhancers; 61 units of other cannabis products, various brands, various types, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 34016 on August 19, 2025, at 1:37 p.m. from Amran Abdulla Mohamed, DBA: California Cigar and More, located at 1056 Kiely Blvd., Santa Clara, CA 95051-4812.
