TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The property consists of eight grams of unbranded cannabis flower, unlicensed cannabis business; 273 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; six units of nicotine vape various nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco/flavor ban tobacco products; 153 units of various tobacco ejuice products, untaxed tobacco/flavor ban tobacco products; 1,177 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products; and 661 units of flavor ban flavor enhancer products various brands. This property was seized pursuant to the Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on March 6, 2025, at 10:50 a.m. from Clouds Smokeshop Inc, DBA Clouds Smokeshop, located at 8395 Forest St., Gilroy, CA 95020.
