The property consists of 6 packs of unstamped, U.S. Tax Exempt/Export Only, non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes, 1,169 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products, and 483 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, on April 21, 2026, at 1:12 p.m. from Hosam Najjar, Inc., DBA: Craig Smoke Shop located at 1700 S. K St., Ste. E, Tulare, CA 93274-6450.
