The property consists of: 12,745 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 2,840 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers; 6 cartons and 8 packs of unstamped, U.S. tax exempt, non-MSA cigarettes; 297 packs of unstamped, non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes; 61 packs of unstamped, duty free, flavor ban cigarettes; 149 packs of unstamped, U.S. tax exempt, flavor ban cigarettes; 81 packs of unstamped, duty free, non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes; 33 packs of unstamped, U.S. tax exempt, non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes; 14 packs of non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes; 94 packs of flavor ban cigarettes; 179 grams of cannabis flower and 338 units cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016, on August 28, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. from Almas Irgebayev, DBA: Damir Smoke Shop, located at 3813 W 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90020-2607.
