The property consists of four grams of cannabis flower, one unit Baked HHC disposable vape three grams, 103 units cannabis infused edibles (various types), nine units Cook Zaza D8 pre-rolls, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue & Taxation Code section 34016, on July 24, 2024, at 11:29 a.m. from Niazi 2012 Inc., DBA: Discount Cigarettes, located at 1114 Soquel Ave., Santa Cruz, CA 95062-2149.
