TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC: 42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of 38 units of various untaxed tobacco products, 48 units of various untaxed nicotine vape products, 570 units of various flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers, and one unit of cannabis edibles, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3 and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on February 10, 2025, at 10:25 a.m. from Farhad & Jawed, Inc., DBA Discount Cigarettes, located at 505 S. State Highway 49, Ste. 4, Jackson, CA 95642.
