The property consists of 3,475 grams flowers and 654 units of cannabis and cannabis products sold at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on October 30, 2024, at 8:01 p.m. from New Concept Creations Inc., DBA: ELA Exotics, located at 6009 E. Olympic Blvd., East Los Angeles, CA 90022-5212.
