The property consists of 38 units of various cannabis products; Unlicensed Cannabis Business and 6 units of universal symbol packaging; Universal Symbol Violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on June 24, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., from Basem Karqur, et al, DBA: El Monte Smoke Shop at 4782 Peck Rd., El Monte, CA 91732-1349.
