TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of 30 cartons and 8 packs, various unstamped cigarettes; 418 units, various untaxed tobacco products; 48 grams various brands of flower, 247 units, THC vapes, 59 units edibles, and 19 units other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 476 units commercial packaging, bags, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016 on September 10, 2024, at 12:30 p.m. from Exclusive Apparel, DBA: Exclusive Apparel, at 2230 Cutting Blvd., Ste. B, Richmond, CA 94804.
