TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of: 797 units untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 141 units flavor ban tobacco products; 1,805 units untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products; 485 units flavor enhancers; 64 grams cannabis flower at an unlicensed cannabis business; 35 units cannabis vape products at an unlicensed cannabis business; 54 units cannabis edibles at an unlicensed cannabis business; and 140 units other cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. The property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code Section 34016 on May 12, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. from GJ Tobacco Inc, DBA: Four Aces Smoke & Vape, located at 77920 Country Club Dr. Unit 6-3 Palm Desert, CA 92211.
