The property consists of 6 packs - Misty Blue 100 Box brand cigarettes, non-MSA; 3 packs - Kool Blue True Menthol King Box brand cigarettes, non-MSA; 7 packs - Kool True Menthol Super Long 100 Box cigarettes, non-MSA; and 109 units of various cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Sections 30436 and 34016, on October 14, 2024, at 11:50 a.m. from Gilad Inc., DBA: Gilad Inc., located at 8514 S. Hoover Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90044-4902.
