The property consists of 36 packs of unstamped cigarettes, 17 packs of unstamped flavor ban cigarettes, 27 packs of flavor ban cigarettes, 577 units of flavor ban tobacco products and 21 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2 22974.3, on May 28, 2026, at 2:09 p.m. from Batchar Family Enterprises, DBA: Golden Ember, located at 4601 Wilson Rd., Bakersfield, CA 93309.
