The property consists of 914 units of nicotine vape, various brands, various flavors, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 1,477 units of other tobacco products, various brands, various flavors, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 384 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers, various brands, various flavors, flavor ban flavor enhancers, and 91 packs of cigarettes, various brands, various flavors, unstamped, out-of-state stamped (Missouri), flavor ban cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on October 23, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. from Heritage Smoke Inc., DBA: Heritage Smoke, located at 1756 E. Ave. J, Lancaster, CA 93535-4474
