The property consists of 5 packs of various brand cigarettes, unlicensed business; 161 units other tobacco products, various brands, various types, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 42 units of flavor enhancer products, various brands, various types, flavor ban flavor enhancers; 2 packs of Newport brand cigarettes, various types, unstamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 1 pack Denim brand cigarettes, unstamped, non-MSA; 75 units of THC mouth strip, unlicensed cannabis business; and 316 units of commercial packaging, bags, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and 22980.2, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on July 24, 2025, at 12:01 p.m. from Marwan Ali Ahmed, DBA: Hyde Street Gifts and Snacks, located at 112 Hyde St., San Francisco, CA 94102-3606.
