This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.3(b) on July 11, 2024, at 3:25 p.m. from Deben Shrestha DBA: Kathmandu Smoke Shop, located at 6650 Commerce Blvd. Ste. 13, Rohnert Park, CA 94928-2472.
