The property consists of 49 packs of untaxed flavor ban cigarettes, 15 packs of non-MSA, untaxed flavor ban cigarettes, 558 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products and 1,568 units of non-tobacco flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436 and Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2 and 22974.3, on April 21, 2026, at 10:46 a.m. from Jesus G. Cisneros, DBA: Luckys Smokers Paradise #3, located at 12561 Avenue 416, Ste. A, Orosi, CA 93647.
