The property consists of 3,368 grams of flower and 770 units of cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business, 114 units of other tobacco products, various brands, untaxed tobacco products, 140 units of flavor ban other tobacco products, untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products, and 77 units of flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code sections 34016 and Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and 22974.2 on March 13, 2025, at 7:35 p.m. from Ismael Ruiz, DBA: Members Only Collective, located at 12425 Carmenita Rd., Whittier, CA 90605-4131.
