The property consists of: 588 units of flavor ban tobacco products; 189 packs of flavor ban cigarettes; 7 packs of non-MSA, and flavor ban cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436 and Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 on June 1, 2026, at 4:30 pm from Menifee Car Wash L.P., DBA: Menifee Car Wash, located at 26825 Newport Rd Menifee, CA 92584.
