The property consists of 206 packs of California state stamped various brand cigarettes, one pack of unstamped/out of state stamped Newport brand cigarettes, 175 units of various nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products, three units of various nicotine e-juice products, untaxed tobacco products, 2,209 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products, and 288 units of flavor ban enhancer products various brands. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2, Business and Professions Code 22974.3, on March 11, 2025, at 10:50 a.m. from Mountain Gift Shop Inc, DBA: Mountain Gift Shop Inc, located at 646 Hegenberger Rd., Suite A, Oakland, CA 94621-1978.
