The property consists of 66 packs various flavor-ban brand cigarettes, unstamped, Missouri and Georgia stamped; 516 units of other tobacco products various brands, untaxed flavor ban tobacco; 605 units of nicotine vape products various brands, untaxed flavor ban tobacco; 132 units of flavor ban enhancer products various brands; and 99 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Profession Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on April 24, 2025, at 11:55 a.m. from Gamal Abdulnasir Jinham DBA: One Stop Shop Exotics located at 2306 Almaden Rd Ste 127., San Jose, CA 95125-2143.
