The property consists of 12 units of Montego brand cigarettes, flavor ban cigarettes; 281 units of various brands of nicotine vape products, untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products; 218 units of various brands of other tobacco products, untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products; 76 units of various brands other tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 711 units of various brands of flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers; and 173 units of cannabis universal symbol, bags, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on May 5, 2026, at 5:10 p.m. from Puffy Smoke Shop #2, Inc., DBA: Puffy Smoke Shop #2, located at 969 N. Main St., Salinas, CA 93906-3912.
