The property consists of one unit of cannabis flower, five units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 1,080 units of commercial packaging bags, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 34016, on September 12, 2024, at 12:55 p.m. from Sabah A Gaafar, DBA: Richmond Smoke and Grocery located at 3049 Cutting Blvd., Richmond, CA 94804-2945.
