The property consists of 11 packs of various brands unstamped and out-of-state Missouri stamped cigarettes, 63 grams of branded cannabis flower, unlicensed cannabis business, 159 units of various brands cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business and 402 units of commercial packaging bags, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code 22974.3(b) on October 30, 2024, at 11:55 a.m. from Royal Gift and Smoke Shop Inc DBA: Royal Gift and Smoke Shop, located at 836 5th Ave., Redwood City, CA 94063-3915.
