The property consists of 150 units of chew (various brands), untaxed tobacco products, 221 grams of cannabis flower (various brands), from an unlicensed cannabis business, 483 units of cannabis or cannabis products (various brands), from an unlicensed cannabis business, 124 units of various commercial packaging, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant of Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on November 13, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. from D & A Enterprise Inc, DBA: Smoke 4 Less, located at 5801 Calle Real, Ste. D, Goleta, CA 93117.
