The property consists of 48 packs of untaxed flavor ban cigarettes, 62 packs of flavor ban cigarettes and 2,369 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code 30474.1, on April 16, 2026, at 3:33 p.m. from Smoke Station Inc, DBA: Smoke Station, located at 6401 White Ln., Ste. 102, Bakersfield, CA 93309.
