The property consists of 5 cartons and 7 packs of unstamped/Missouri stamped cigarettes, 45 packs of non-MSA cigarettes, and one carton of unstamped cigarettes; 25 units of cannabis or cannabis products, from an unlicensed cannabis business, and 284 units of commercial packaging, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and 30436 and Business and Professions Code 22974.3, on October 21, 2024, at 12:29 p.m. from Hassan Abdallah, DBA: Smoke & Vape #3, located at 2431 N. Chester Ave., Bakersfield, CA 93308.
