The property consists of 17 packs of Timeless Time brand cigarettes, non-MSA; 237 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business, and 20 units of commercial batteries, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016, on August 8, 2024, at 12:15 p.m. from Smokers Gift Shop Inc., DBA: Smokers Gift Shop, located at 6700 Santa Rita Rd. Ste. E, Pleasanton, CA 94588-3467.
