The property consists of 54 grams of cannabis flower and 254 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business and 2 units of commercial packaging, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant of Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on October 30, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. from NJE Retail LLC, DBA: Sparks Smokes, located at 8200 Stockdale Hwy., Ste. A2, Bakersfield, CA 93311-1004.
