The property consists of 808 units of various untaxed other tobacco products (OTP); 3 packs of unstamped Camel brand, flavor ban cigarettes; 1 pack of unstamped Marlboro brand, flavor ban cigarettes; 3,374 units of untaxed, flavor ban other tobacco products; 1,530 units of various untaxed nicotine vape, flavor ban other tobacco products; 1,322 units of flavor ban, flavor enhancers; 152 grams of cannabis flower, unlicensed cannabis business; 130 units of THC vape, unlicensed cannabis business; 88 units of edibles, unlicensed cannabis business; and 39 units of other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on May 18, 2026, at 4:40 p.m. from Ramzy A. Zamzami, DBA: Spot Madera, located at 192 N. Madera Ave., Kerman, CA 93630-9701.
