The property consists of: 65 units of various cannabis products from an unlicensed cannabis business; 5 units cannabis universal symbol violations; 6 packs of non-MSA cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code sections 34016 and 30436, on August 21, 2024, at 12:05 p.m. from CK 370 Inc, DBA: Village Market, located at 370 W. 2nd St., Claremont, CA 91711-4728.
