The property consists of 8 packs of Newport cigarettes, Virginia and Missouri out-of-state stamp, unstamped; non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes; 323 units of untaxed tobacco products; 345 units of untaxed flavor ban other tobacco products; 46 units flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business & Professions Code 22974.3 and 22974.2, on May 28, 2026, at 2:31 p.m., from Bazel Sadeq Alqadhi, DBA A&B Exotics, located at 9859 Macarthur Blvd., Oakland, CA 94605-4854.
