TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC: 42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of 540 units of commercial packaging bags, cannabis universal symbol violation; 33 packs of various brands cigarettes, unstamped/out-of-state stamped; 25 packs of various brands cigarettes, unstamped; 8 packs of Salem brand cigarettes, unstamped/out-of-state stamped, non-MSA; 3 packs of Kool brand cigarettes, unstamped, non-MSA; 2,854 units of various brands untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016 on October 23, 2024, at 11:25 a.m. from Maxmart Inc. DBA All Mart, located at 900 Market Street, Suite H, Oakland, CA 94607-3137.
