The property consists of 533 units untaxed tobacco products; 455 units untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products; 62 units flavor ban flavor enhancers; 243 packs unstamped/out-of-state stamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 7 packs unstamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 66 packs and 8 sticks various brand cigarettes, unlicensed business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on March 25, 2025, at 11:55 a.m. from Maxmart Inc, DBA: All Mart located at 900 Market St. #H, Oakland, CA 94607-3137.
