TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The property consists of: 58 packs of untaxed flavor ban cigarettes; 1,509 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 1,550 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products; 917 units of flavor enhancers; 41 units of cannabis vape products at an unlicensed cannabis business; 37 units of other cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business; and 404 units of cannabis universal symbol violations. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code Section 34016 on May 12, 2026, at 2:55 p.m. from All The Smoke Smoke Shop LLC DBA: All The Smoke, located at 75048 Gerald Ford Dr Ste A103 Palm Deseret, CA 92211-2080.
